A healthier take on a familiar favourite.

The Rotisserie Kitchen is a modern European-inspired rotisserie chicken concept coming soon to London. Our proposed menu brings together freshly roasted chicken, golden potatoes, seasonal salads and wholesome sides for convenient lunches, evening meals and family sharing.

01 / Our concept

A better kind
of chicken shop.

The Rotisserie Kitchen is a design-led, healthy chicken restaurant concept and modern chicken takeaway built around roasting rather than frying.

Inspired by the rotisserie shops found across European cities, this European-inspired rotisserie brings visible cooking together with freshly roasted chicken, herb-roasted potatoes, colourful salads and properly prepared sides.

Designed for lunch, healthy takeaway in London, evening meals and sharing, the proposed menu includes individual plates and generous family chicken meals.

01

Visible cooking

Rotisserie theatre creates recognition and reassures customers that the product is fresh.

02

Broad occasions

Single meals, sharing boxes and whole-chicken take-home orders support trade across the day.

03

Compact by design

A focused offer and efficient footprint designed for modern neighbourhood locations.

03 / The format

Built for modern London neighbourhoods

A compact, permanent-looking structure with warm materials, strong frontage and visible rotisserie theatre.

This London food kiosk concept is designed for residential developments, public squares, station environments, markets and other busy neighbourhood settings.

Our preferred format is a professionally designed standalone kiosk, a small food pavilion or a compact fitted concession. Selected preparation and storage can take place away from the customer-facing location, allowing the concept to work efficiently from a smaller footprint.

  • Indicative 20–30 m² kiosk
  • Glazed serving hatch
  • Forest, cream, timber & amber
  • Discreet service & extraction
